“Checking Account” means a demand deposit Account subject to withdrawal by check or other means as authorized by the Bank. “Depositor” also referred to as “you” or “your” means the owner of the Account and each person who signs the signature card for the Account or is referenced on the Bank’s records as an owner of the Account.
